Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@laurenreedco.com with your order number and shipping zip code. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Prefer to use your own shipping method? Contact us first for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once received, allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Note: original shipping fees are non-refundable
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@laurenreedco.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Final sale
All sale items, discounted purchases, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
